Great Customer Service Creating Positive Word-of-Mouth

When customer service is done right, the benefits to a company can be rather excellent. There is a direct financial benefit, customers love you, AND become advocates for your company, spreading the positive word for you. That point was once again driven home for me by an excellent online article called Seven steps to remarkable customer service. I don’t have any direct experience with this company, but wish I did!
