Telling your story

I get so excited about the brand learning EXPERIENCES that we’re going to have at the Triple B-Baltimore, that I nearly forget about how terrific our speaker line-up is. The event is subtitled “Once Upon a Brand”, and the central organizing theme for this year is the power of telling your story to enhance your brand. That is why we’ve choosen Terri Langhans to be our keynote speaker. Terri’s presentation is titled “What’s Your Story?” She’s going to tell and show us how to hone and refine our credit union’s story, and put it into action, so that we’ll have a specific plan to bring back to our credit unions.

We will also have a speaker from the city of Baltimore tell us about how they use the city’s story to bring in new business.

And our own Matt Taggart will be presenting on-brand service and the importance of telling your credit union’s story in that context. He will be also discussing how on-brand service is vital to your word-of-mouth marketing efforts, and how your CU can differentiate with on-brand service.
